ORDERS:

• Orders are acknowledged by fax or email.
• ABSOLUTE MINIMUM: 1st column quantity.
• OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Due to the nature of custom printing, we reserve the right to ship overruns up to 3% and underruns up to 5% of amount ordered and bill accordingly.
• CANCELLATIONS: Orders will not be cancelled without factory authorization, granted only prior to approval on the paper proof. All expenses applied to date will be charged accordingly.
• FLASH MEMORY COST (In all USB Flash Drive & MP3 Player): Due to fluctuating costs of flash memory, please contact us for current pricing before placing the order.

• PAPER PROOF: One fax paper proof at no charge, additional proofs at $10(V). Please allow 2 days after receipt of art work and order.
• VIRTUAL PROOF: $15(V). Please provide electronic artwork and email address.
• SETUP: $40(V) per location per color for screen printing, pad printing and laser engraving.
  $60(V) per location for debossing.
• PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is 7-10 working days after approval on paper proof and payment (if needed).
• RUSH SERVICE: Rush Service is available depending on production schedules. Rush charges will apply. Please call for a quote before placing the order.
• PMS COLOR: $20(V) per color per order. PMS matching is performed on color of ink, before imprinting. Due to variation of imprint surface (e.g. dark colored items or plain aluminum) we cannot guarantee exact ink color match on merchandise. • Artwork: may be submitted in either hard copy or electronic format. Please send 600DPI, camera-ready, color-separated, black and white artwork.
• EMAIL ARTWORK: Please send to art@cosmofiber.com in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or any Mac OS compatible EPS, AI or TIFF format. Please remember images must be “converted to outlines” (or curves).
• ART TOUCH UP: $25(V) minimum charge for general art touch up and/or re-creation.
• TYPESETTING: $20(V) minimum charge may apply.

• BLANK SAMPLE: Billed at End Column Pricing, returnable for credit (less shipping). We issue credit on returned samples only if it is in its original packaging with all the accessories and in working condition. Returns need to be received within 30 days of purchase.
• RANDOM SAMPLE (with imprint): Available on some items by request only.
• RE-PRODUCTION & SPEC. SAMPLES: Setup charge plus cost of item. Allow 5 working days for production after the approval on paper proof. After approval on the pre-production sample, a $20(V) re-setup charge applies.

SHIPPING:
Orders are normally shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.

• F.O.B. POINT: factory in Los Angeles County, California.
• DROP SHIPMENT: $5(V) per location per order.
• RETURNS: Must receive prior authorization from the factory. Please contact us.
